In the second half, we transition into a slower pace, focusing on deep and intentional yoga postures before concluding with a grounding meditation. Through mindful breathwork and movement, this class cultivates strength, endurance, and mental clarity, ultimately preparing the body for deep relaxation and nervous system restoration.
