Experience the uplifting power of Kundalini Yoga followed by a deeply restorative Gong Meditation. This 60‑minute session blends accessible movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation to awaken awareness, elevate your energy, and strengthen the nervous system. The practice is grounding, heart‑opening, and suitable for all levels. We’ll close with an immersive Gong Meditation, where the soothing vibrations of the gong support deep relaxation, release tension, and help reset the mind and body.
