About This Session

This class is an invitation to reconnect with the breath patterns you were born with-before effort, forcing, or over-doing took over. Through gentle, nervous-system-led breath practices, we create space to regulate, reconnect, and return to yourself. Rather than chasing activation or release, this session focuses on safety, rhythm, and choice. You'll leave feeling more grounded, connected, and resourced in your body-with a deeper trust in your own innate capacity.

Susan Benoit

Susan and Tarik are breathwork facilitators who guide participants to reconnect with their innate power, nervous system, and body intelligence. Combining trauma-informed awareness, embodiment, and breath mechanics, they create a container where people can regulate, release, and return to themselves-without force or expectation.
