Leg Prep Yin

60 min
🏢 Pulse Room

About This Session

Leg Prep Yin is a slow, Yin-focused class designed to ease you into the day while preparing your legs for everything ahead. Through longer, supported holds, the practice targets the hips, hamstrings, calves, and low back, helping to release deep tension, improve mobility, and gently wake up the body. The pacing stays intentional and unhurried, giving you time to settle, breathe, and connect with how your body is feeling at the start of the day. The class closes with a short, light flow to reintroduce movement and circulation, leaving you feeling open, grounded, and ready to step into your day with ease.
