About This Session
Burn blends traditional pilates with functional movement. The class is designed to feel good in your body all while challenging you. Combining compound movements into flowing sequences that will make you feel the burn all while getting stronger and moving better. Picture glute bridges flowing into deep squats, curtsy lunges and core-burning mat work, all set to your favourite tunes ,from Olivia Dean to Mumford and Sons and everything in between. The session wraps up with a deep stretch and moments of stillness. Suitable for intermediate to advanced participants. Burn offers modifications to ensure a safe and rewarding workout for all.
