About This Session
A heart‑centered sunset experience inviting deeper love for self, community, and the world. The session begins with a 30‑minute yin practice led by Kyanna, offering gentle, heart‑opening shapes that encourage release, softness, and spaciousness as the day winds down. We’ll then settle into stillness for a 30‑minute immersive sound bath designed to soothe the nervous system and nurture the heart space. This offering creates space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with love through movement, stillness, and sound.
