About This Session
Before the first breath, the rhythm of the heart offers its original lullaby — a steady pulse that connects each of us to the earth. This heart‑opening flow, guided by mother–daughter duo Julie and Bronwyn Lefebvre, is designed to reconnect practitioners with that innate sense of internal synchronicity. The sequence unfolds to a custom heartbeat soundscape that gradually shifts in tempo, moving the class from stillness into gentle heat.
