Genevieve Munro is a yoga educator, retreat leader, Thai Massage therapist and lover of all things soulful and somatic. She facilitates yoga teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats both in Ottawa and internationally. She offers a blend of Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki, integrating holistic bodywork with energetic healing. Genevieve believes touch is a powerful tool for regulating our nervous systems and reconnecting us to our hearts.
