Drez Slezak is a DJ/Producer, Costa Rica born & now based out of Ottawa. Drez is inspired by earth healing sounds & rhythms that tap into the psyche. He is the Founder and Managing Director at Sonic Springs Music & Arts Festival, and the Co-Owner of Sonic Yoga.

Ecstatic Flow: Yoga, Dance & Embodiment

This class is a fusion of yoga, ecstatic dance, and free-form movement, designed to release tension, awaken creativity, and cultivate joy. Participants will move through a guided yoga warm-up, transition into intuitive movement and dance, and close with a deep relaxation and integration. The session is accompanied by a dynamic, carefully curated soundscape to encourage full expression and embodiment.
