Tread Forward

Tread Forward is a purpose‑driven initiative working in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association to raise awareness and funds for mental health support across Canada. Through meaningful, cause‑aligned merchandise — including mental health–themed T‑shirts, hoodies, and hats — Tread Forward invites individuals to wear their support proudly while contributing directly to community care. A portion of every sale goes toward the CMHA, helping expand resources, education, and mental health services.
