Yin Yoga with Meditation & Reiki
This class is designed to guide students into a profound state of inner stillness, blending Yin Yoga with guided meditation and Reiki energy healing. As students soften into each posture, I will lead them through mindfulness techniques to cultivate presence and self-awareness. Gentle Reiki energy work will be offered throughout the session, enhancing relaxation, clearing energetic blockages, and deepening the mind-body connection.
