This class is better than coffee!! It can get tiring doing yoga all day, so this class is meant to be energizing and uplifting without being strenuous. We will stay off the wrists as much as possible, incorporate lots of energizing breathwork and some gentle backbends. The playlist will be energizing and uplifting. This class is unique to me as I am a very energetic person and love to share my uplifting energy with my students. This class is designed to pump you up!! This is an all levels flow that requires no equipment.
