Framework on the Mat
This 45-minute class, incorporates the essential elements of any efficient and effective Lagree full body strength class; designed to sculpt and build muscle endurance through your core, glutes, legs, and upper body. Prepare to shake and be challenged as you use props such as gliders and bands to work your muscles through both eccentric, concentric and isometric strength principles. The deepest layers of your endurance based muscles will be challenged and shaped to become stronger and more resilient. Here in true Lagree form, we blend pilates-based compound movements, effective time in each exercise, low momentum, slow pace and deep engagement to work our whole body. Class will finish with yoga-based movement and stretching to recover and get ready for your next class! Come and check out what all the hype is about!

Sarah has worked in the wellness industry helping people live into their best health for over 19 years. As a lifelong athlete, and endurance sport junkie, she found yoga and strength training to be essential pillars for recovery, balance and stability. She is a certified Yoga teacher, Breathwork guide, and Lagree Fitness Trainer who believes that health and regular movement are a non-negotiable lifestyle that takes everyday discipline. While working as a Massage Therapist and running her wellness clinic Glebe Health House take up most of her professional life, teaching Lagree Fitness at Framework Ottawa and Yoga and Ritual at Pure Yoga Ottawa are an essential part of contributing to her life's passion: to inspire and lead others to get stronger and love movement a little more; one class at a time.
